Introduction:
This rectifier power supply board is suitable for pure Class A power amplifiers with independent power supply on the left and right sides. The left and right power supplies of the PCB are completely independent, with a mirror image design and thick wiring, which can withstand dozens of amperes of large current.
The rectifier section can be rectified using a high-current Schottky 30CPQ150 or MBR60200PT. The output current of each pipe is 30A or 60A. The positive and negative power supplies share 4 PCS tubes on each side, and the whole board has 4 high-current Schottky tubes. High current capacity is very sufficient.
The characteristics of Schottky rectifier are large current, small internal resistance, high transformer voltage utilization, good speed for sound quality, strong sense of music, abundant low frequency, and excellent high frequency extension. Therefore, Schottky rectification is commonly used by many famous machines, and it is also one of the most commonly used rectification methods for DIY Audiophile. It is not comparable to the performance of ordinary silicon rectifier bridges.
The filtering part adopts CRC filtering form, the CRC filtering effect is better, (if you don't need CRC this filtering form, you can remove the R resistor, then use a wire to connect the removed resistor), the board can be installed 12 PCS diameter 35mm The following capacitors have a fixed pin pitch of 10mm. The capacity of each capacitor is installed at 10000uF, then the capacity of the capacitor is 240,000uF, and the capacity of each channel is 120,000uF. The filtering effect is quite excellent. which is suitable for the power filtering requirements of all pure A power amplifiers. The board strength is very strong.
