CONDITION:
The book is in very nice used condition, there is some edge and cover wear and other imperfections but inner pages are near mint and the book is in nice shape for an original item of this era.
The ticket is used and is in NEAR MINT condition. It is from the July 15th 1985 gig at the Festival Hall.
