▶ The output voltage is adjustable from 1.21V to 20V.The LT1963 regulator can remain stable when using output capacitors as low as 10μF.The internal protection circuit includes reverse battery protection,current limit,thermal limit and reverse current protection.The device can provide fixed output voltages of 1.5V,1.8V,2.5V,and 3.3V,and can be used as an adjustable device with a 1.21V reference voltage.The LT1963 regulator is available in a 5-pin TO-220, DD package,a 3-pin SOT-223 package,an 8-pin SO package,and a 16-pin TSSOP package with exposed pads.
