Yes, the vehicle will run once just blocks are installed but
It
will not run well for long.  Within miles you may see check engine lights and soon it will start to miss and lose power.   As a result you may experience fouled spark plugs,  poor fuel milage, low power, shaking, and in some cases cause
electric damage
from repeatedly
trying to activate the variable cam timing (VCT).
We are able to completely  disable the variable cam timing option in your vehicles oem computer (ecu ecm pcm) so that your vehicle doesn't go through spark plugs or experiance poor engine power, engine shake, check engine lights due to bank 1 and bank 2 over advancement or over retard after installing your phaser lockout kit.   Kits that come with a programmer are only able to disable the check engine lights and the basic variable cam phaser function
but don't be fooled most do not adjust fuel and spark table to make up for power loss you experience as a result of locking the phasers. They
will also only work on one vehicle and can't be resold to perform the service on other vehicles until reloaded.  Also the price tag runs you far more than this tune does!  When we disable your VVT option in your vehicles computer
we also adjust the fuel and spark tables to help with the power lose
from locking out phasers
