This perfectly designed baby bathtub is super functional, safe, storable, easy to keep clean, and beautiful! It has been very gently used, yet due to its super durable materials, it is still in almost new condition. There is hardly any sign it has been used at all! (It’s pretty much just one of the warning labels has smudged.)
We loved how it is two-sided—one for smaller babies who cannot sit up and one for bigger ones who can. The center crotch piece keeps both sizes of baby super safe in the tub—they literally cannot slip and fall under! (I guess they could do some weird sideways nose dive... always sit with your baby when using any baby tub!) Around this center piece is a rectangular silicone gasket that holds two little holes shut. Simply pop one side out or both to drain water.
We loved that the collapsible silicone base is soft and grippy, a nice surface to sit on and super easy to rinse off after the bath. Then, you can flatten it down to only 2 inches thick and hang it to dry, then tuck out of the way if desired. This tub even has a swiveling hook on top so you can hang it from a hook, shower head, towel bar, etc.
Oh, and the tub works perfectly inside an alcove shower (a shower head hose attachment makes this super convenient), inside a larger bathtub, on the kitchen counter (with a hose attachment)—you name it.
Everything about this tub is simple, clean, elegant, and convenient. We LOVED it and cannot recommend more highly. Five stars. OXO makes the best products!
