Vintage 1918(?) Conn Model 3H High & Low Pitch Wurlitzer Special + Case

I'm not an instrument repair person, but as far as I can tell from researching the serial number on this instrument, it's a 1918 Conn model 3h high/low model made in Elkhardt Indiana.  It's in good condition considering it's age.  Has some finish issues where the silver has worn off from play and some dings here and there. Slide moves freely and doesn't stick.  Comes with two vintage mouthpieces and a newer case in poor condition but protects the instrument.  Ask any questions you might have and I will try to answer.  Item will ship priority mail.
